I saw that alot of the guys in here likes the real game of football(soccer to you american guys ). I think we need a topic to talk about our favorit teams.

In my home contry, Denmark, i follow Brøndby IF(www.brondby.com) and watch alot of their games on stadium. i personally think its football as it makes more sense seeing as though you kick the ball with ur foot??? and soccer doesnt make sense?

Here in Denmark we a pretty sure that the vikings invented football. They cut of the head on there enemies, and use that as a ball. They dont got any goals, but they got teams. They wasn't that smart.. :p

But my point is that in Denmark we call it "fodbold" fod=foot and bold=ball. So i think football is the real name. Just the american guys who makes it strange :p

yep that is true but i think the chinese invented it first but the british had the first logical game with goals and with rules and they called it football so i think that it is football to

2nd: I think the human race invented football... It's just a guess theough (seriously though, I think it was the Vikings that started the idead, but it wasn't until later that it was turned into a full fledged sport.
